Chekmagush

Tschekmagusch (Russian Чекмагуш; Bashkir Саҡмағош, Saqmağoş; Tatar Чакмагыш, Çakmagış ) is a village ( selo ) in the Republic of Bashkortostan in Russia with 11,382 inhabitants (as of October 14, 2010 ).

Geography

The village is located about 100 km as the crow northwest of the Republic capital Ufa It is located on the same river that flows through Kalmaschka and Tschermassan for a good 40 km to the east extending Belaya.
