Chen Chun
Chen Chun (陈 淳, Pinyin: Chun Chén ), ( * 1483, † 1544) was a Chinese painter of the Ming period.
Chen Chun was born in Suzhou, where she learned calligraphy and painting with Wen Zhengming, a famous painter of his time. He developed his own style of faded ink painting and became the style icon for future generations. His favorite subjects were flowers and landscapes.
