The Réserve écologique de la Chênaie -des- Îles- Finlay (French for "Ecological Reserve Chênaie -des- Îles- Finlay ") is a 94 -hectare reserve in the Canadian province of Québec.

These protected areas are not usually open to the public, with the exception of four protected areas, namely Serpentine -de- Coleraine, Forêt- la- Blanche, Tourbières -de- Lanoraie and Ile- Brion.

The reserve Chênaie -des- Îles- Finlay Finlay is on the island at the extreme western end of Lac Coulonge, not far from Waltham. It houses an oak presence, which is characterized by large leaves (Quercus macrocarpa), and at the same time a series of sand islands, which are typical for the area of the Ottawa River. This is the case of the oaks to one of the northernmost occurrence of this kind Additionally, there are seven endangered plants in the area, namely American White Oak ( Quercus alba), Hudsonia tomentosa from the family of rockrose, Cyperus lupulinus subsp. macilentus ais the genus Zypergräser, Versteckblütiges case seed grass ( Sporobolus cryptandrus ), polygon Ella articulata or Coastal Jointweed and Lysimachia quadrifolia from the family of Myrsinengewächse.
