Cheng'en Temple

The Cheng'en Temple (Chinese承恩 寺, Pinyin Cheng'en si) is a Buddhist temple in the city of Beijing Shijingshan District in the Moshikou - road, about 20 km from the city center. It was built in the Ming Dynasty in the years 1510-1513 the Zhengde era. Building Received carry the Chinese name Shanmen山门, Tianwang dian天王 殿, Daxiongbao dian大雄宝殿and Houdian后殿.

On the inner walls of the Hall of Heavenly Kings ( Tianwang dian ) are murals of clouds, dragons and people find that for this art are characteristic in the time of the Ming Dynasty and of great value for your understanding.

The Cheng'en Temple is on the list of monuments of the People's Republic of China ( 6-298 ) since 2006.
