Chengguan District, Lhasa

The town of Chengguan District ( "downtown", also: Thrinkönchü ) is located in the Tibet Autonomous Region of the People's Republic of China. He belongs to the administrative area of the prefecture-level city of Lhasa. In 1999, he counted 138 267 inhabitants.
