Chespirito

Roberto Gómez Bolaños ( born February 21, 1929 in Mexico City) is an actor, singer-songwriter, author and director, producer and creator of the television comedy " El Chavo " and "El Chapulín Colorado ". He is mostly known under the pseudonym " Chespirito ".

In his youth, Bolaños was a good amateur boxer and footballer. A degree in engineering science at the UNAM ( Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México ), he did not complete.

Bolaños worked 1950-1969 as a writer and librettist for radio and television, including in comedies. He appeared as a supporting actor in films and on television.

From 1970 to 1995 Bolaños had his own television comedy " Chespirito ". From this comedy, there were two parts ( Bolaños in the lead role ), " El Chavo del Ocho " and "El Chapulín Colorado ". The first part was about a boy who lived in a barrel of beer in a Mexican village. The second part was about a witty and friendly superhero. Soon after, Roberto Gómez created other characters like Dr. Chapatín, El Chompiras and Chaparrón Bonaparte. " Chespirito " is Chinese, Portuguese, Japanese, Russian, Greek, Arabic, Italian and French dubbed in many languages ​​such as German.

Roberto Gomez Bolaños also created a number of films ( " El CHANFLE ", "don Raton y don Ratero " ), plays ( " 11 y 12") as well as books ( " Sin Querer queriendo ", " Y También Poemas " and "El Diario de Chavo del Ocho ").
