Chevrolet Cheyenne (concept)
The Chevrolet Cheyenne was a concept car, the Chevrolet 2003 first presented at the North American International Auto Show.
The Cheyenne showed innovative technologies that were not found in any production vehicle, such as fold-down side panels and a special platform. The platform of the Cheyenne had many loading drawers, like the Honda Ridgeline. Fold-down lateral side walls allowed a loading and unloading from all sides. Was driven the car from a 6.0 -liter supercharged V8 engine developing 500 hp ( 368 kW ) of power and 786 Nm of torque.
Do not confuse this concept vehicle with an equipment package of the same name that was available for the Chevrolet C-Series until 1998. In the Mexican market, a luxury version of the Chevrolet Silverado pickup as, since 1998, as a pickup with extended cab and since 2005 as a pickup truck with double cabin is available under the name Cheyenne since the 1980s.
