Chevrolet Express

The Chevrolet Express and GMC Savana are almost identical vans from General Motors. The Express and Savana currently hold 44.8 % of the U.S. pickup truck market and are therefore in second place behind the Ford E- series. The Express is a lot more sold than the Savana. It is provided with rear-wheel drive (G series) and four-wheel drive (H series) available.

The Express and Savana will be used as a van (work van) and as a combi (passenger van) with 8 to 15 seats offered. Since 2004, ESP ( Stabilitrak ) in all passenger versions. The engines are very large by European standards. Base engine is a 4300 cc big V6 engine that develops 195 hp ( 142 kW). The 6.6 liter V8 diesel was introduced in 2006. The only transmission is a 4L60E 4- speed automatic. The prices of the Express start at U.S. $ 23 845 (about € 15,400 ) net.
