Chi Cheng (athlete)

Chi Cheng ( born March 15, 1944 in Hsinchu, Taiwan) is a Taiwanese athlete who won an Olympic bronze medal in 1968.

Chi Cheng had already taken part in the Olympic Games in 1960 and 1964, but was eliminated in the hurdles each less than spectacular in the lead, in 1964 she appeared also in the pentathlon, finishing in 17th place. My performance improved leaps and bounds as she attended the California Polytechnic State University and was trained by Vincent Reel. At the 1968 Olympic Games in Mexico City, she won the bronze medal at the last time carried out as an Olympic discipline 80 - meter hurdles behind the two Australians Maureen Caird ( gold) and Pam Kilborn (silver).
