Chi McBride

Chi McBride ( born September 23, 1961 in Chicago, Illinois ) is an American actor.

Career

McBride began his acting career at the age of 30 years and took supporting roles in popular American television shows such as The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, Married with Children and Nash Bridges. His first leading role was the janitor in the sitcom The John Larroquette Show. McBride was nominated in 2001 for his role in the television series Boston Public for the Television Critics Association Award. In 2002 followed the nomination for the AFI TV Award, in 2003, nominated for a Golden Satellite Award. 2013 McBride took a guest role in the series Hawaii Five-0, the short time since been developed into a leading role.

McBride has been married since 1982.
