San Giuliano dei Fiamminghi (Latin: Sancti Iuliani Flandrensium ) is a church in Rome. It is located in S. Eustachio in Rome Rione VIII. Previously, it was named after its patron Julian Hospitator San Giuliano Ospitalerio.

On November 26, 1994, it was declared by Pope John Paul II to the title diakonia. San Giuliano dei Fiamminghi is also the national church of the Belgians in Rome ( Flemish: Sint Juliaan the Vlamingen ).

The church is situated in the central Old Town area of ​​Rome in Via del Sudario No. 40, between the church of Sant'Andrea della Valle and the Largo di Torre Argentina.
