Chieuti

Chieuti ( in the dialect of Arbëresh: Qiefti ) is an Italian municipality ( comune ) with 1744 inhabitants ( 31 December 2012) in the province of Foggia in Apulia. The community is located about 53 kilometers northwest of Foggia and directly borders the province of Campobasso ( Molise ). The community is located right on the Adriatic coast.

Traffic

Through the community, the Autostrada A14 and the Strada Statale 16 Adriatica lead along the Adriatic coast. On the western border municipality along the former Strada Statale Adriatica 16th place led (now Provincial Road 142) from Campo Marino to San Severo. The train station of Chieuti and Serracapriola located on the Adriatic railway.
