China Daily
China Daily ( Chinese:中国 日报Zhōngguó Ribao ) is the first and largest English-language newspaper in the People's Republic of China.
China Daily was founded on June 1, 1981, is state-owned.
The newspaper has a circulation of more than 500,000 copies, the most widely used English-language newspaper in the People's Republic of China. One third of the edition is sold outside China. The editorial office is in Beijing, editorial offices maintains the newspaper in many big cities of the country and in several foreign capitals. The newspaper is printed in Peking (Beijing), Shanghai, Guangzhou, Hong Kong and satellite connection even in Europe and New York City in the United States. Since 1995, the newspaper also has an Internet presence.
