China Resources (Holdings ) Co., Ltd.. (abbreviated: CRC; Chinese华润(集团)有限公司, Pinyin Huarun ( Jituan ) yǒuxiàn Gongsi ) is a Chinese company based in Hong Kong. Several subsidiaries of the holding company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange: China Resources Enterprise (CR Enterprise, the Hang Seng Index ), China Resources Land (CR Land, also in the Hang Seng Index ), China Resources Logic (CR Logic ) and China Resources Power Holdings (CR Power, also in the Hang Seng Index).

CRC began in 1938 under the company name Liow & Company and changed its name in 1948 in China Resources Company. The company in 1983 to China Resource (Holdings) Company Limited was converted, which is active in several sectors. China Resources operates as a conglomerate, through its subsidiaries, among others in the areas of logistics, real estate, brewery, food, retail, engineering, petrochemicals, construction, energy and microelectronics.
