China Science and Technology Museum

The Chinese Museum of Science and Technology ( Abbr: CSTM ) and Chinese Science and Technology Museum (Chinese中国 科学 技术 馆/ /中国 科学 技术 馆, Pinyin Zhōngguó Kexue Jishu guǎn, English China Science and Technology Museum ) is located in the Chinese capital of Beijing, near the Olympic Stadium and the Chinese National Museum of Science and Technology. The museum was opened in 1988 in another building near the city center, expanded in 2000 and laid on the occasion of the Olympic Games until 2010 to the present building.

On four levels, the topics The Glory of China and Science Paradise (F1 ), Exploration and Discovery (F2 ), sci- tech and Life (F3 ) and The Challenges and the Future (F4 ) are displayed at an exhibition area of ​​around 16,000 square meters. In the museum there are also four cinemas, including an IMAX cinema and a 4D cinema with special effects.
