Chinook is a city in Blaine County in the U.S. state of Montana. The town has 1386 inhabitants (2000) and is the county seat ( county seat ) of the Blaine County.
Geography
Chinook is located in northern Montana, about 50 km from the border with Canada. The city is located on Lodge Creek at the confluence with the Milk River. Chinook is located on Highway 2 and has a small airport, the Edgar G. Obie Airport.
