Chivalry & Sorcery

Chivalry and Sorcery is an American fantasy role-playing game that was published by Fantasy Games Unlimited 1977.

The authors Ed Simbalist and Wilf Backhaus had the intention to keep the game close to the reality of the Middle Ages. This is also reflected in the typical fantasy role-playing games magical abilities of the characters resist, because they keep mostly in the context of that imagination.

Under the original publisher, there were two editions (1977 and 1983 ), the third edition appeared in Highlander games. A version published in 1999 Chivalry and Sorcery: The Rebirth has moved Brittannia Game Designs.

The game world Tannoth is the place to be held at the chivalry and sorcery adventure. However, there is little information about Tannoth so that the officials are forced to create their own world. The basis for this should be the medieval Europe.
