Chiyoda Corporation

Chiyoda Kako Kensetsu K. K. (Japanese千代 田 化工 建设 株式会社, Chiyoda Kako Kensetsu Kabushiki - gaisha, Eng. CHIYODA Corporation ) is a large Japanese company for engineering services, specializing in the construction of industrial plants, especially for the oil and gas industry. The majority of the turnover is generated outside Japan, particularly in the Middle East.

Chiyoda was commissioned late 60s with the construction of refineries from Jeddah and Riyadh in Saudi Arabia.

Current major projects are liquefied petroleum gas systems in Qatar, the Sakhalin II project in eastern Russia, as well as a series of chemical and pharmaceutical factories in Japan.
