"We all have a bit of weakness in us. In one way or another, we sometimes want something for nothing. But in the martial arts, there are not. The rank, the progress, the status or the degree is achieved by hard work and dedication and can be obtained only by their resistance. There is no shortcut, but only work, sweat and pain. "
