Chow mein

Chow mein is a noodle dish of Chinese-American cuisine in the U.S., as chǎo - mian it in a similar form (Ch :炒面) are also in Chinese cuisine.

The American version is made in the bundle crispy fried noodles with meat and vegetables. In the original Chinese noodles, however, are soft. The dish called chow mein is detected in the United States since 1903.
