Chris Lee (producer)
Chris Lee ( * ca 1956 in New Haven, Connecticut) is an American film producer and former head of production for TriStar Pictures and Columbia Pictures.
Life
Lee studied political science at Yale University. He first worked for the ABC television in the mission of Good Morning America and then moved to TriStar Pictures, where he rose to the head of production. In itself function, he then worked for Columbia Pictures, where he was responsible among other things for films such as Jerry Maguire, As Good As It Gets and Philadelphia. Later, he produced, among others Valkyrie and Superman Returns.
Lee is the founder of the Academy for Creative Media at the University of Hawaii.
