Chris Liebing
Christopher Liebing ( born December 11, 1968 in Gießen) is a German techno DJ, producer, label owner and radio host. It significantly shaped the scene - term Schranz.
Liebing has played at major dance events such as the Love Parade, Mayday, Nature One, Rave on Snow and Time Warp. In 1996, he founded the German techno label Fine Audio Recordings, on which many of his productions as well as his debut album Early Works from 2002 have been published. Until 1998, he played regularly at the nightclub Omen / Frankfurt. In June 2003, his second album Evolution was released on his label CLR.
In Frankfurt Club U60311, he organized his own party series called It's Friday Aaaaabend. Together with Pauli Steinbach, he hosted from August 2000 - 2003 the mission Pitch Control on the radio station Hr XXL.
The end of 2001 Chris Liebing was nominated for the German Dance Awards in four categories and won the award in each case for " Best Producer " and "Best DJ Mix Compilation". In the German Dance Awards 2003, he was awarded the title of best national DJ.
Along with Speedy J they produce under the name " Collabs " various techno pieces and meet regularly together on different events.
On 23 October 2010 Liebing stood as a candidate in the game show Schlag den Raab to choose from, but did not have the so-called " Introductions " addition.
