Chris Witty
Chris Witty ( born June 23, 1975 in West Allis, Wisconsin) is a former American speed skater and cyclist.
Speed Skating
At the 1998 Winter Olympics, she won the silver medal over 1000 meters and 1500 meters bronze medal. In the 2002 Olympics she won the 1000 meter race.

Cycling
Chris Witty was also active as a cyclist. It was the U.S. Champion in 500 -meter time trial on the track in 1996. In 2000, she competed at the Summer Olympics in Sydney and finished fifth in the time trial. A qualification aimed for the 2004 Games in Athens did not succeed, however.
Others
At the opening ceremony of the 2006 Winter Olympics in Turin, she was the flag bearer for the United States.
