Christchurch trolleybus turntable

The turntable Christchurch is a former trolleybus turntable in Christchurch near Bournemouth, United Kingdom. It was opened in 1936 and decommissioned on 19 April 1969 but is still available.

The turntable was one of only four worldwide installations of this kind Two other plants of this type are also disused turntable Longwood ( 1939-1940 ) and even a museum operated turntable lower castle in Solingen. The fourth trolleybus turntable was operated from 1982 to 1983 and from 1985 to 1988 in Guadalajara, Mexico.
