Christel Peters

Christel Peters ( born January 15, 1916 in Swinoujscie, Pomerania, † June 11, 2009 in Brandenburg an der Havel ) was a German theater, film and television actress.

Life

Peters played since their childhood theater, after the turn, she worked mainly for television and film. She became famous by guest appearances on television thrillers and comedies, but especially for her role as wife of Emperor in the sitcoms Salto Salto Postale and Municipal alongside Wolfgang Stumph and Achim Wolff.

The general public, it was known by the television commercials of the electronics discounter media market as the "mother of all deals ".

In the television film adaptation of the Brunetti novels by Donna Leon Christel Peters ( from episode 7 ) played the mother of the Commissario Guido Brunetti. They fulfilled this role, in the episode The girl of his dreams ( Episode 17 ), even after her death. In the novel, written in 2009, the mother Brunetti is buried and produced in the television episode, 2010 is a photo of the actress in the role of mother to see on the cross and a grave.
