Christian Gille


Former canoe racers of the SC DHfK Leipzig won the gold medal at the Olympic Games in Athens in 2004 in a two - Canadians ( with Tomasz Wylenzek ) over 1000 m.

Gillespie grew up in Jeßnitz (Anhalt) and started at the local canoe club to his sports career. In 1997 and 1998 he was with Thomas Zereske world champion in two - Canadians about 200 m.
