High nobility began his motorsport career in karting in 1987, where he was active until 1996. As early as 1993 the High needle was in the German Formula BMW Formula racing his debut. His second season in this series, however, he completed only in 1997. Starting in 1998, he joined for two years in the German Formula Ford. In his second season he was with a win eighth. In 2000 he moved to Formula Palmer Audi and was runner-up behind Bruce Jouanny.
2001 left Hohenadel formula racing and moved to touring car racing. He denied a race in the V8 Star, a German touring car series, and took 22 overall. 2002, it remained in this series and started to seven races. He finished the season in 19th place starting in the driver standings. In 2003 he joined the German Alfa 147 Cup and finished the season third in the championship. In 2004, he remained in this series. 2005 moved the High needle in the German SEAT Leon Supercopa. With two wins in his first season, he finished fifth overall. 2006 High nobility held the fifth overall placement. This year, however, he won four races. 2007 denied the racer his third season in the German SEAT Leon Supercopa. He won a race and finished seventh in the championship.
After high nobility had in 2007 contested first race in GT racing in the ADAC GT Masters, he changed completely in the 2008 ADAC GT Masters. He won one race, stood on the podium four times and finished the season off on the fifth overall. 2009 denied Hohenadel another season in the ADAC GT Masters. With a win, he improved to fourth overall. He also made his debut in the FIA GT3 European Championship. High nobility in 2010 came true again in the ADAC GT Masters, finishing in 14th place in the drivers' standings. His main focus in this season but on the FIA GT3 European Championship. Together with his teammate Daniel Keilwitz he won four races and was FIA GT3 European Championship.
In 2013, the High needle starts for the team Callaway Competition in the ADAC GT Masters. The Corvette C6 Z06 -R GT3 he will share with his teammate Andreas Wirth.
