Christian Manfredini

Christian José Manfredini ( born May 1, 1975 in Port Bouët as Christian José Sisostri ) is an Ivorian - Italian footballer. He was born in the Ivory Coast adopted at the age of five years of Italian parents. Since then, he bears the surname " Manfredini " and is an Italian citizen.

Club career

Manfredini comes from the youth of Juventus. In 1994 he moved into the C series for AC Pistoiese. After one season he went for a year to Viterbo to AS Viterbese Calcio and then to Nuova Avezzano Calcio ( Avezzano ), where he remained until 1997.

Even with his next stations it kept the left-footed no longer. In summer 1997, he joined the U.S. Fermana. Überden Genoa (1999-2000), he went before the season 2000/ 01 for AC Chievo Verona. In his first season at Chievo with the team he achieved promotion to the Serie A.

After a strong first league season Manfredini 2002 by Lazio Rome was signed. Here he played in the first round only three times before he was loaned in the second half of CA Osasuna.

The first half of the season 2003/ 04 spent Manfredini loan at Fiorentina, in the second half he played - also on loan - at Perugia Calcio. For 2004/ 05 the midfielder returned to Lazio.

National

Manfredini long waited in vain for an invitation to the Italian national team. After a good 2005/06 season at Lazio, he was appointed on 1 March 2006 for a friendly match against Spain for the first time in the cadre of " elephant ". So far, he played two matches in which he could score a goal.
