Christian Marin
Christian Bernard Georges Marin ( born February 8, 1929 in Lyon, † 5 September 2012 in Paris) was a French actor and musician.
Life
His acting career began in 1953 at the Comédie de Saint -Etienne Theatre in Saint- Étienne and abdicated in 1957 in movies.
Christian Marin gained in Germany mainly through eight films on the side of the French comedian Louis de Funès greater awareness. In four of which he played the role of Sergeant Merlot; two more cops films were made without his participation, as he had to pursue other commitments at that time. In France, he was the audience through successful TV series such as Les chevaliers du ciel a term. Since the 1980s, he retired from the international canvas slowly back and was active primarily for television and theater.
In addition to his work as an actor Marin took on some plates.
