Christian Prudhomme

Christian Prudhomme ( born November 11, 1960) is a French journalist and since 2007 director of the Tour de France.

Christian Prudhomme began his career in French television and commented, inter alia, Football and cycling, before he was deputy director and tour from the Tour 2007 worked as Director General of the 2004 Tour de France. Unlike his predecessor, Jean -Marie Leblanc Prudhomme himself was never a professional cyclist.

Since the end of 2008, he is President of the International Association of Organisateurs de Courses Cyclistes ( AIOCC ), which represents 129 international cycling race primarily from the UCI World Tour and the UCI Europe Tour.
