Christian Social Party (Liechtenstein)

The Christian Social Party of Liechtenstein (CSP ) was a party founded in 1961 in Liechtenstein. They first met in 1962 on the state election and won 10.09 % of votes. However, due to the former electoral threshold of 18% received no mandate.

An election complaint from the CSP to the Princely Liechtenstein State Court was indeed rejected the electoral threshold of 18% (according to Article 22, Electoral Act of 18 January 1939) explains it and repealed as unconstitutional. The Electoral Complaints after the next state election of 1966 ( 8.74% for the CSP) was dismissed.
