Christian Ulmer

Christian Ulmer ( born August 19, 1984 in Göppingen), called ulmi, is a German ski jumper and former nordic combined. He starts for the SC Wiesensteig. Ulmer 's sports soldier in the sports promotion group of the Bundeswehr in Fahl.

Career

Ulmer began his international career as a Nordic skier and won at the Nordic World Ski Championships Junior 2003 together with Christian Beetz, Florian Schillinger and Tino Edelmann the gold medal in the team competition.

After he moved to the ski jumpers in the 2006/2007 season, he reached in his first World Cup competition in Kuusamo with an eighth place among the best 10 This is still his best individual placement in the World Cup. With this placement, he secured seemingly participating in the ski jumping World Cup.
