Christina Loukas

Christina Loukas ( born December 19, 1985 in Chicago) is an American water jumper. It starts for the Woodlands Diving Academy in springboard diving from the 1- m and 3- m- board and 3 -meter synchronized diving. Trained it is by Ken Armstrong.

Loukas took in 2005 in Montreal for the first time participated in the World Cup. She reached from the 1 -meter board and sixth in 3 -meter synchronized diving with Nancilea Foster twelfth. In 2007, she could not reach a final. However, they qualified for the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing and came there from the 3 -meter board ninth. At the 2009 World Championships in Rome, they twice reached eighth place from the 1 -meter and 3 -meter board, 2011 in Shanghai, she finished fourth on 3 -meter board and with Kassidy Cook seventh in the 3 -meter synchronized diving. Since 2006, Loukas also won numerous national titles.

Loukas studied at Indiana University. With the sports team of the University, the Indiana Hoosiers, she won many college competitions.
