Christine Beier

Christine Beier ( born December 12, 1983 in Kyritz ) is a German handball player.

Career

As Beier attended the 7th grade, she started playing handball at the MTV Wunsdorf. A year later she joined the SV engine ranking village and moving in 2003 to the second league for the VG Berliner SV 49, where the sport student came to 189 goals scored in the 2006/07 season. From the 2007 season to 2013, the 1.78 meter tall backcourt player stood at the Bundesliga Frankfurt Handball Club under contract. After the FHC went bankrupt, she moved to second division foxes Berlin, where she signed a one year contract.

She stood in the squad of the German national team for the World Handball Championship for Women 2009 in China, with which it reached the 7th place. Furthermore, they participated in the World Cup in 2013, scoring six goals in seven games.
