Christine Mummhardt

Christine Mummhardt (* December 27, 1951 in Dresden, born as Christine Walther ) is a former German volleyball player.

Christine was Mummhardt multiple GDR national team. She took part twice in the Olympic Games, where she finished in Montreal in 1976 to sixth place in Moscow in 1980 and won the silver medal. With her teammates, she was awarded in the same year with the Patriotic Order of Merit in bronze.

Christine Mummhardt played for the SC Dynamo Berlin and was 1972-1979 six times GDR champion. They also won the 1978 European Cup Winners' Cup.
