Christoph Dabrowski

Christoph Dabrowski (Polish Krzysztof Dabrowski; born July 1, 1978 in Katowice, Poland ) is a former German - Polish footballer, who played from summer 2006 to summer 2013 at VfL Bochum.

Childhood

Christoph Dabrowski was born in Poland, but his grandparents were German. His parents separated when he was three or four years old. Because his mother had relatives in Berlin and she already knew the city, she moved to Schöneberg, when Christopher was six years old. His mother still lives there. He has the technical college.

Career

The midfielder began his career in Berlin at 1.FC Schöneberg, then moved to BFC Preussen and then into the A- youth of Hertha BSC, before he moved to Werder Bremen for the season 1995/ 1996. With Bremen, he won the final of the DFB - Pokal in 1999. After four years, he then moved to Arminia Bielefeld. After another two years, he then moved to Hannover 96 at the beginning of the 2005/06 season was Dabro as he is called his teammates, just before a transfer back to Bielefeld.
