Christoph Etzlstorfer

Christoph Etzlstorfer (* 1963 in Linz) is a successful wheelchair athlete.

Life

Etzlstorfer suffered in 1981 due to an accident at school sports paraplegia, put 1983, the Matura and graduated in 1993 with a doctorate. Since then, he has been an assistant at the Institute of Chemistry of the Johannes Kepler University Linz and works in the field of organic chemistry.

Since 1984 he has participated in many major competitions in wheelchair athletics, including at the Paralympics. 1996 and 2004 he was voted Sportsman of the Year in Upper Austria. Since 1997 he works as a trainer; In addition, he is involved in a variety of ways and in sport for the disabled.
