Christopher Blenkinsop
Christopher Blenkinsop ( born March 7, 1963 in Manila, Philippines as Christopher Johann Philip Blenkinsop - Gerke ) is a German musician and producer.
The son of an English mother and a German father grew up in Cairo, Casablanca, Tehran and Jakarta, before his family in the late 1970s relocated to Germany. After graduating from high school in 1983 in Leverkusen, he moved to Berlin, where he now lives and works as a composer, arranger and multi-instrumentalist. He is a founding member of the Berlin-based band 17 Hippies. He is a great nephew of Arthur Blenkinsop.
He is the founder and managing director of Tyfoo music Verlagsgesellschaft mbH.
