Christopher Collins

Christopher Charles Collins ( born August 30, 1949 in Orange, New Jersey, USA, † June 12, 1994 in San Buenaventura, California, USA) was an American film actor and stand-up comedian.

Collins, often mentioned by his pen name Chris Latta in the credits, toured in the late 1980s and early 1990s with his comedy program by the States. He was considered a good friend of the film actor Stephen Sisk.

Collins was originally intended to borrow C. Montgomery Burns, the owner of the nuclear power plant in "The Simpsons" voice, but not further known circumstances meant that Harry Shearer was used after only a few episodes that Collins had already spoken, for the Part. Then Collins Moe should talk to the bartender, this was however times supplanted by Hank Azaria.

Nevertheless, he was considered much booked speaker, especially in the animated series " Action Force - The new hero " in which he both Cobra Commander and Gung- Ho, and " The Transformers " in which he, among others, Starscream, Wheeljack and many more its lent voice. Collins died at the age of 43 years at a suddenly auftgetretenen brain hemorrhage.
