Christopher Connelly (actor)
Christopher Connelly ( born September 8, 1941 in Wichita, Kansas, † December 7, 1988 in Burbank, California ) was an American actor.
Life
Connelly received in 1961 an actor contract with 20th Century Fox and was usually cast as a television series actor. From 1964 to 1969 he played the younger brother of Ryan O'Neal, whom he resembles, in fact, in the series Peyton Place. In addition to many guest roles he took on a starring role in 1974 produced 13teiligen Paper Moon as the father of Jodie Foster and of Martin Eden in the mini-series from the year 1979. Occasionally Connelly was cast in movies. In the early 1980s he began to move his main focus to Italy, where he played until his early death from lung cancer in a number of action films.
