Christos Melissis

Christos Melissis (Greek Χρήστος Μελίσσης, born December 1, 1982 in Edessa, Greece) is a Greek football player.

Christos Melissis began his professional career in the summer of 2000, the then third division Naoussa in northern Greece. In 2001 Melissis the traditional club Panserraikos in the second division, where he stood for the next four and a half year contract. In Panserraikos the Defensive Allrounder established in stem formation and came to a total of 101 league games. In January 2006 Melissis moved to first division club PAOK Thessaloniki, where he first came to the start of the 2006/2007 season in the top Greek league used. In PAOK Melissis played until summer 2008, before moving to Panathinaikos Athens along with his teammates Lazaros Christodoulopoulos.

His debut in the Greek national football team gave Melissis on 5 February 2008 in a friendly match against the Czech Republic.
