Christos Mylordos

Christos Mylordos ( born April 30, 1991 Nicosia, Greek Χρίστος Μυλόρδος; Christos also Mylordou ) is a Cypriot singer.

He became known after he had decided on 10 September 2010, the Cypriot talent show performance for themselves. He got through his interpretation of the title " Supreme", which was originally written by Robbie Williams, with 11000 votes almost twice as many votes as his nearest rival Louis Panagiotou with almost 6000 votes. Performance was held from March 2010 to find the representative of Cyprus to the Euro Vision Song Contest 2011, which is now Mylordos. His song for the international finals, which will be held on 10th, 12th and 14th of May in Dusseldorf, should be initially selected in a later broadcast; the submission deadline for songs ended on December 31. From the transmitter responsible CyBC had been expected the process of selecting for later selection of songs mainly traditional sounds in the Greek language. However, since only eleven songs were submitted, the song was decided to use an internal nomination, as the result of " San angelos s'agapisa " (Eng. " I loved you like an angel" ) is selected. However, this title could not qualify for the final with 18th place of 19. Their points came from:

  • Italy Italy - 8 points for Cyprus
  • Ukraine Ukraine - 6 points for Cyprus
  • Germany Germany - 2 points for Cyprus
