Christy Turlington

Christy Nicole Turlington ( born January 2, 1969 in Walnut Creek, California) is an American model. She counted in the 1990s alongside Claudia Schiffer, Cindy Crawford, Naomi Campbell and Linda Evangelista to the five most successful supermodels.

Biography

Turlington is the daughter of an American father and a mother originating from El Salvador. In her childhood she was accustomed to ride. At thirteen, she discovered the photographer Dennie Cody on a riding competition in Miami and it was taken a year later by the modeling agency Ford Models under contract. Your first orders they got from the shopping chain Emporium Capwell in San Francisco. She finished the Monte Vista High School in Danville, California and continued her incipient modeling career.
