Chrysler LHS

The Chrysler LHS was one offered by the American car manufacturer Chrysler 1993-2001 sedan in the upper middle class with front-wheel drive.

LHS (1993-1997)

The first generation LHS was based on the LH platform of the Chrysler Group and was closely related to the simultaneously produced models Chrysler Concorde, New Yorker, and the Dodge Intrepid and Eagle Vision. A Plymouth version was not available.

Was presented to the LHS, together with the new New Yorker and one year after the Concorde, the Intrepid and the vision, in May 1993. The design followed the first time the propagated by Chrysler Cab Forward philosophy, and had a long wheelbase and relatively short overhangs and a far-reaching forward passenger cabin on a correspondingly short hood. LHS (1998-2001)

After a year's absence the LHS of the second generation debuted in 1998 and showed up with a modernized, more rounded Cab -forward design with slightly larger dimensions and more interior space. This LHS version was the sister model to the parallel imported Chrysler 300M, which had a shorter tail than the LHS. The LHS of this generation corresponded body, unlike the first generation, down to the smallest details of the Chrysler Concorde.

The drive up was carried out by the 3.5 -liter V6, now with 256 horsepower, however, in connection with a four-speed automatic with manual shift function.
