Chrysler Norseman

The Chrysler Norseman was a concept car from Chrysler in 1956 The design came from Chrysler's chief designer Virgil Exner, the design of Billie Brownlie. ; was built at Carrozzeria Ghia of the car in Turin.

The vehicle had a cantilever roof structure, which was only attached to the C- pillar of the body and additionally had a sun roof.

In 1957, the Norseman should be issued on several auto shows in the United States, the transfer should take place aboard the Andrea Doria of Genoa to New York. However, the ship collided on 26 July 1956 in the vicinity of Nantucket with the Stockholm and sank with its entire cargo thereupon. From the construction of an additional copy of the Norseman was apart in the sequence.
