Chuck Low

Chuck Low ( born December 1, 1937 in New York City ) is an American actor.

Born the son of a Russian mother and an Austrian- Polish father, he played his most famous role as Morris " Morrie " Kessler in Martin Scorsese's Goodfellas (1990). The character of Morrie is a tragic young gangster whose character is based on Martin Krugman. Previously, he had been mostly shady characters shown in other Robert -de- Niro movies. Like several other Goodfellas actor, he also starred in the series The Sopranos with - here in a supporting role as an Orthodox Jew. Low once worked as Robert De Niro's real estate consultant. Low was also listed as Charles Low, Low L. Chuck, Chuck Lewis Low.
