Chulabhorn Walailak ( Thai: สมเด็จ พระเจ้า ลูกเธอ เจ้าฟ้า จุฬา ภร ณ วลัย ลักษณ์ อัคร ราช กุมารี, pronunciation: [ sǒmdèt p ʰ rát͡ɕâ ː w lû ː kt ʰ ɤ ː t͡ɕâofá ː t͡ɕùla ː p ʰ ɔ ː n Walailak AKK ʰ Arara ː t͡ɕ ʰ Akuma ː ri ː ]; born July 4, 1957 in Bangkok, Thailand) is princess of the Kingdom of Thailand. She is the fourth child of King Bhumibol Adulyadej (Rama IX. ) And Queen Sirikit Kitiyakara.

Life

Chulabhorn is studied in chemistry and his doctorate and habilitation of the Mahidol University, Bangkok, at the Faculty in 1985 she enrolled.

Currently, Chulabhorn is President of the Chulabhorn Research Institute in Bangkok, was the foundation under their auspices. Her special interest is the chemistry of natural products of the country and medically useful plants.

Family information

The Princess has three older sisters, Princess Ubol Ratana Rajakanya, the Crown Prince Maha Vajiralongkorn and Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn.
