Church of Holmen

Holmen Kirke was since 1562 an anchor forge military dock facilities on the former Bremerholm in Parliament near right on Holmen's Canal in Copenhagen, before the building was converted in 1619 to a church for the members of the Royal Navy. After expansion in the 17th century, the chapel was added 1705-08. 1967 married here Queen Margrethe II
