Chyp - Notic was a German euro - dance group that was founded in 1988 and between 1990 and 1993 had some hits in the Media Control Charts.

History
Vlad Mint, Jan Erik and Walter Bee founded in 1988 in Cologne, the common bond ' Toys'. Two years later, the trio named in ' Chyp - Notic ' around and got a recording contract with Coconut Records. Mint broke his training as a dental technician, Bee finished his job as a programmer and Erik sold his shares at a nightclub.
It was followed by the first and to date most famous single Nothing Compares 2 U. The fast-paced cover of Sinéad O'Connor's top hit in Germany (11 weeks at No. 1) reached number 16 of the singles chart. After a total of two albums and several hits, including a top 20 ranking for the third single I Can not Get Enough ( 1992), is Chyp - Notic disbanded in 1994.
