Cianopramin (INN ) is an organic chemical compound consisting of the group of azepines. It is used as a drug of the group of tricyclic antidepressants.

Cianopramin is related to imipramine and acts like this as a serotonin reuptake inhibitor and a weak antagonist at the 5 -HT receptor. In contrast to the antidepressant amitriptyline in the group has a less pronounced anticholinergic effect.
